PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club
credit cards. We accept Paypal (www.paypal.com) and

Taxes
Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax on the total
purchase including shipping charges.

SHIPPING
We try to charge exact shipping costs. If the actual
shipping charge is less than what you paid, we will refund
the overpayment. For large orders, shipping will be added
and we will email you with the shipping costs for your
approval and we will process the order in 24 hours,
unless we hear otherwise from you. Some items are too
big to ship with other items and we may add shipping
costs only as necessary.
Colossus Lava Lamps are shipped by truck and shipped
free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We inspect every lamp before we ship and guarantee
they will be clear when they leave our premises.
However, they may arrive cloudy. This is caused by
shipping (temperature and vibrations). They will clear up
with use. We have no control over shipping conditions. A
cloudy lamp is not defective. We will not accept returns
on Lava lamps for cloudiness.

Each Lava Lamp is unique and has a one of a kind
hand-blown globe. Each globe has it's own characteristics
ranging from small bubbles to swirls in the glass. This is
typical for hand blown glass and will not alter
performance of the lamp.

Because we cannot control item usage, we cannot be
held responsible for burnt out bulbs or dead batteries.
Light bulb and/or battery replacement is the buyer's
responsibility. If possible, we will send replacements, but
we do not stock replacement bulbs or batteries for every
item we sell. Unless otherwise stated, most novelty lamps
are not meant to be used as night lights. Leaving them on
for extended periods can damage the lamp. It is also
unsafe to leave any lamp on while unattended.

International shipments

We will ship internationally only at buyer's risk. No
refunds or exchanges will be accepted. We will ship USPS
Global Express. We will not ship surface. All payments
must be made in US dollars. We will email you with
shipping costs before we process the order, or Please

RETURNS

We thoroughly inspect and test every item before we ship
for defects and we make sure every item is in perfect
working condition before we ship. We guarantee all items
shipped are in perfect working new condition. We
package very well using bubble wrap and packing
peanuts. Therefore, all sales are final.

Package refusals or undeliverable packages are subject
to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that we require signatures for most
deliveries.

Please notify us by email at Gigous@aol.com of any
shipping damages within 3 days of receipt of package.
Please notify us immediately of any shipping damages.
We will file a claim with the shipping service on your
behalf. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO
replacements will be sent.

All new Lava Lamps come with a 90 day limited warranty.
We do not carry warranties on items. Please contact the
manufacturer for any warranty.

Colossus Warranty policy is as follows: Buyer must
forward to Lava World (or to us and we can forward to
Lava World) a digital picture of the running lamp, if
applicable or of damaged parts and explanation of issues.
No lamp will ever be received back unless Lava World has
issued an RMA. No credit or refund will be issued without
an RMA and prior management approval. Credit or
Refunds will come directly from Lava World. Colossus
lamps are shipped by LTL trucks. LTL drivers will not wait
for the receiver to open and inspect contents unless outer
cartons are visible damaged. Please take pictures
whenever possible of outer carton damages. Once an
order has been received, it cannot be canceled or
returned.

PRIVACY
All Private information is encrypted so that it cannot be
read by anyone as it travels over the internet.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit
credit card information securely.
When you place an order, we require that you provide us
with personal contact and billing information, including
your email address, street address and telephone
number. We will only use this information to process the
orders that you place with us.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information
to third parties. We will only share your address with
shipping services for the sole purpose of delivering your
order.

At End of the Rainbow, consumers making purchases
must be 18 years of age or older. By purchasing on this
